addiction

My boyfriend was arrested this past week, yet no charges have been filed against him. I believe him when he says he caused no harm, as he is usually honest with me. He has a criminal history, but it is drug related, not violence.
I pray that he can get past this, as if he does he has agreed to go to drug treatment, which he desperately needs. I love him and want to support him, but need help from God. I pray that he (and I) become closer to God through this. I pray that we are stronger as a couple from this experience. I pray for patience and understanding. I love him and need him.
